Dual Plate Check Valve

IMR offers API 594 Dual Plate Check Valves in ASME classes 150 to 600 with a wide range of possibilities in accordance to client applications and network operating conditions. Valve shell and seat pressure tested as per industry standard API 598. Our retainer-less body design with no external body penetrations eliminates the possibility of any outward leakage. Disc assembly secured in place by high strength key. High torsion spring is designed to maximize reliability and minimize pressure loss by closing quickly the check valve at zero flow to prevent slamming and water hammer, commonly associated with many other types of check valves.
